Acuera is a neighborhood in Lake Mary, Florida. Acuera mostly features expansive homes that are competitively priced. This community dates back to 2012 and has continued to develop over the years.

Acuera is a gated neighborhood of single family homes in the Lake Mary community, of Seminole County. Acuera is in the 32746 zip code and located approximately 19 miles from Downtown Orlando, 34 miles from Walt Disney World, and 35 miles from New Smyrna Beach. I-4, Hwy 17 and the 417 Expressway are easily accessible from Acuera providing residents with quick access to all points of interest within Orlando and the Central Florida region.

Acuera Neighborhood Amenities include: fishing, gated community, sidewalk, water access and dock. There is a mandatory HOA (Home Owners Association) for Acuera.

The majority of the homes in Acuera were built from 2014 to 2015 by Surrey Homes. The neighborhood features Spanish/Mediterranean architectural style homes with 4 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 3 car garages. Homes typically range in size from approx 3500 to 4500 square feet. The average lot sizes are typically half acre and some properties feature trees/woods, greenbelt or Wekiva River water views.

Right outside the entrance to Acuera, you will find plenty of options for all your daily living needs including grocery stores and pharmacies. The closest major shopping mall to Acuera is Seminole Towne Center, and you have other shopping centers options nearby. AdventHealth Lake Mary is your local hospital and there are other Doctors & Medical Facilities in the area.
